Participating in a training program can help you acquire new skills, strengthen your existing ones, increase your employability, and receive certifications that are recognized at the European level.

The training methods include in-person courses, distance learning (e-learning), and a blended learning model that combines the two methods mentioned above.

Job Matching is a tool that helps job seekers and employers match job openings with the available qualifications in a system that connects professional profiles with available job positions.
Employers can register, post their job vacancies, edit or delete positions, receive automated notifications when there is interest in their job listings and view expressions of interest from candidates.

Job seekers can create their professional profile, search for job openings that match their qualifications, submit expressions of interest for job positions, and receive notifications regarding relevant job opportunities.

To create your profile, you are required to provide information such as education, professional experience, skills, foreign language proficiency, and other relevant details. Your profile will be used to match you with suitable job opportunities.
Employers can find the most suitable candidates through Job Matching by searching for individuals who meet specific criteria such as skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to the position. The system compares candidates’ profiles with the job requirements and recommends those who are the best match. Additionally, employers can post job vacancies and receive applications from candidates who are interested and meet the required criteria, thus facilitating the selection process.

You can express interest in a job position through the Job Matching subsystem by submitting an application directly on the platform. Employers will be automatically notified of your interest and will be able to review your profile.
